Our regular Black Belt course assumes that the students understand everything included in the Green Belt level. The Black Belt Plus program includes the Six Sigma Green Belt material. Students must also complete a project under the review of the master instructor in addition to 18 days of course work, homework and one or two exams. Sorry, we can not accept projects done prior to this class.

The Black Belt level is a significant step up in the Six Sigma hierarchy. Black Belts are taught an extensive array of statistical tools and analytical techniques. They are introduced to several project management techniques useful for Six Sigma projects and learn how to use Six Sigma software tools.

Only those who are expected to do significant Six Sigma project work are typically trained to the Black Belt level. However, an increasing number of senior executives have been trained to this level in order to help drive an understanding of the methods in their organizations.

This is a combination of our popular fifteen day Six Sigma Black Belt certification course and our 3 day Six Sigma Green Belt course.  For those who want to make problem solving a career focus but who have not yet achieved their Green Belt..   Course manuals are a small additional fee.  The exams and one make-up exam and project mentoring included in price.

This course is Personally Tutored.   Work at your own pace and email or call us when you have questions.  You can attend from anyplace.   We prefer if you make a schedule and plan to complete the classroom portion within 3 months.

You will need to purchase the printed manual, about $75, and software.  Software ranges from $250-1,500 depending on the package you want.
