PMP Certification Exam Review

This is a review course for experienced project managers who plan to sit for their PMP exam. We do not administer that exam, it needs to be taken from the Project Management Institute (PMI). This is a long, hard exam and most successful test takers engage in a significant study effort immediately prior to taking the test. A review course like this with other test takers is a popular way to prepare for the test. We have a new format for this class. It is now three days long and covers the new, third edition PMBOK. The three days are good for 24 contact hours towards your PMP application. An optional fourth day is offered which will be delivered as an equivalent of one day worth of email, telephone or webinar meetings to enhance and expand on the material covered in class. This format minimized your fixed in-class time but gives those who need the extra help or contact hours or both a flexible way to get it.

PMP Certification Review Class Details

Pre-requisites:

	You should be an experienced project manager
	Currently own and have read the PMBOK, from PMI

What is Covered:

	Review of PMBOK content
	Coached through PMP testing techniques
	Review of requirements to become a PMP
	Review how to enroll
	Practice, practice, practice

Course logistics:

	Three days, 8:00 AM - 5 PM each day
	Minimum of 1 hour of homework each day
	Classes held in a professional training setting
	Class locations will be sent to enrolled students
	Optional equivalent day of additional tutoring scheduled at mutual convenience.

	You will receive a comprehensive study and review course manual
	A comprehensive study guide and Exam review CD for later study is included.
