Instructors
We work with a great group of ten talented professionals who are skilled at
teaching portions of our subjects. Some are consultants, others are
professional trainers, still others are retired from this business and like to
keep their minds active by passing on what they know and have done. Our
Six Sigma instructors are all at least Black Belts or professional
statisticians or PMPs. Only instructors who maintain high
quality feedback scores from our customer surveys get to return. Just
because someone is a great practitioner doesn't mean they are also good at
teaching. Our
great instructors are one of the important factors in what makes Value-Train so good.
Our three-day classes are usually taught by one instructor. Our Black
Belt and PMP courses usually use multiple instructors.
Marketing
The way we price our classes, we can't afford it. Instead we rely on volunteers who have
heard about us, think this is needed, and that it's a good idea. We do our classes
in cities where someone takes the initiative to do that with us. Most
often it's a professional in-transition who wants one of these courses for
themselves and belongs to a few local networking groups. If this sounds
like you and you would like to see a Value-Train class in your area, please
contact us.
