What is our Six Sigma Green Belt Plus Course?

Our SSGB+ course is designed to teach a suite of additional skills beyond our basic SSGB course.

Our basic and popular Six Sigma Green Belt course assumes no prior knowledge of Six Sigma and teaches the fundamentals in a compact, three day format. Thousands of people from hundreds of companies have taken it because it is a cost-effective and efficient way to begin your journey as a Six Sigma trained problem solver. Other institutions have a similar format course.

If you want more but are not ready to go to the length (15 days) and complexity of a Black Belt course, we now offer a course designed to supplement our basic SSGB course. The SSGB+ course will teach you about many additional tools and techniques useful for quantitative problem solving.

The combination of our SSGB and SSGB+ courses will also prepare you to sit for the ASQ SSGB exam. Some people like to have an internationally known certification and the ASQ certification would provide that.

The course is currently only offered in a Remotely Coached format where you self-study at your own convenience but still have all the live expert coaching you need. As with all of our courses, you can contract with us to have the course taught in-house. People who would like this to be a live, public local course are invited to contact us. If there are enough of you will do that.

Our basic SSGB course is a pre-requisite for this course. If you have not taken our SSGB course and would like to start with this one, we will consider it after a short phone interview where you need to convince us that you understand all of the key concepts and tools taught in our basic course.

Six Sigma Green Belt Plus Program Details

Pre-requisites:

	A professional background in any discipline.
	Knowledge of basic Algebra. Check our links page for some useful pre-work sources.
	Completed Value-Train SSGB basic course or equivalent knowledge.

If Classroom delivered - on demand only.

	Three consecutive days, 8:30 AM - 5 PM each day
	Participants must pass an optional examination to receive the our SSGB+ certificate.
	All live public classes scheduled subject to sufficient enrollment.

If Web delivered - on demand only.

	Six, 3 hr live instructor-led webinars
	Must use high speed internet connection
	Student responsible for long distance phone charges
	Optional final exam for the course certification
	All live public web delivered classes scheduled subject to sufficient enrollment.

Other:

	You will need a laptop with Excel 2003 or greater and a statistics software package for this class.
	The statistics software is about $200 but if you plan your time wisely and complete it within a month if you are doing this as a Remotely Coached class, you can complete this course without buying it using their free demo.
	Attendance certificates provided for professional re-certification needs.
