Certificate Replacement Policy

All Certificates are issued as high resolution, printable PDF files upon completion of a Value-Train certification class.   If you lose your certificate within 60 days of the last day of class we will re-generate it and replace it for free upon request.

If you need a replacement certificate and more than than 60 day have passed since your class ended, you have two options:

1.  We will create and email a replacement PDF certificate for $15.00  Click here to order.

                    or

2.  We will print and mail a color certificate printed on parchment paper suitable for framing for $35.00.  Click here to order

The printed color certificate can also be ordered right after graduation.  Only the PDF certificate is included in the course price.

We will be happy to verify attendance and pass/fail status for any class you take from us to any current or potential employer at no cost.  We get asked to do this regularly.  We will not reveal grades without your permission.
