This site has been created for the readers of my first book, "Lean Six Sigma Secrets for the CIO:ITIL, COBIT, and Beyond".  Peter Davis and I wrote it together.  Peter is a long time IT author and he roped me into this...er.. talked me into this... er.. convinced me that this would be a good thing to do!  As a first time author I can tell you that despite having the knowledge to do it, it's still an intimidating task that took about ten times more effort than I expected. 

In the book we referred to this website as a place where readers can get examples and additional information.  This site is a live document and we plan to add information as Peter and I think of it or as you request it, as long as it's practical to do.
